Therese believes there is nothing quite like the feeling you get when you meet your customer’s needs, head on – in a way that no other agency could.

With 9 years’ experience working in a large Limerick travel agency, Therese began her career at TTM in 2010, in the Compliance Department. With her passion for sales, she quickly progressed to a Recruitment Consultant and developed the Locum Nursing Division: a key part of the business which supplies the Public, Private and Voluntary sectors with agency nurses. Therese swiftly progressed and by 2012 she was Team Leader – championing the development and management of the Irish Locum and Permanent Nursing Division.

In 2018, Therese progressed into the role of Business Manager for the Irish and Northern Irish markets.

One of Therese’s unique skills is her passion and ability to lead and mentor her team – helping to make sure that the way they work always reflects the company’s goals and values, while meeting targets and clients’ needs and expectations. She truly understands the strains of candidate shortages that customers can experience – and is constantly sourcing new international partners so that the company can continue to deliver high-calibre candidates.
